All items are described to the best of my ability. I love all of my pieces and never clean or repair as I don't like to interfere with the integrity of the piece. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please see below for return instructions.
Please message me directly with a refund request before sending the item back. Items must be returned via a shipping company with required signature & tracking number included. I cannot issue a refund without the pyhsical piece returned to me in the same packaging and undamaged. Items must be handed over to the return shipping company within 5 business days.
Purchaser responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of returned item.
